amazing seafront stay!

The location is perfect, right on the promenade with plenty of seating available for enjoying the sea view. I found this relaxing. the room had nice furnishings, including a coffee maker, which i definitely used, and the bathroom had high quality fittings with a great shower. several eateries were very close by, so i had many options for dining.

the location impressed me it is directly on the seafront. i found the self-catering facilities in the room very useful with a mini-fridge microwave and crockery. the room had working air conditioning which was very effective. i appreciated the pre-visit information sent by email it covered all the necessary details.
i observed that some of the communal areas had a slightly dark atmosphere though this did not significantly impact my stay.

the hotel has a convenient spot right by the pier and the town center. two castles and two museums are within walking distance providing lots to see. the location facilitates easy exploration of the area.

my double room was well-organized with a good-sized bathroom. the inclusion of a mini-fridge microwave and crockery allowed for self-catered breakfasts. the air conditioning worked efficiently maintaining a comfortable temperature in the room.

A Coastal Gem!

The room I chose, a Double Room Sea View, had such lovely sea views! The hotel offers a microwave and options to order food. The staff proved very helpful when I needed to make last minute changes.
The old building made the floorboards outside the room very loud. I couldn't get any lie ins!

The Lighthouse Suite included a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a sitting room, a bathroom, and an additional toilet. It was quite spacious. The sea views right by the pier were amazing. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and Orla at reception was lovely, and always helpful.
I could not easily adjust the shower temperature. The water was either too hot. Or too cold, slightly annoying. The problem was fixed quickly after reporting, though.

The room included a mini-fridge, a microwave, and crockery. This enabled self-catering for breakfast. There were many nice restaurants nearby. I enjoyed exploring some of them.

The location is very close to the pier. The hotel is also near two castles. Deal and Walmer. two museums, which offer great options for day trips. Air conditioning and heating worked well.

my double room sea view was excellent. staff were available on phone after hours, they helped with a room change straight away. it was a very prompt service. staff were very friendly too.
the initial flight of stairs is steep, it's difficult for anyone lacking in strength.
